Fred started in the construction industry in 1998 as a subcontractor. Unlike most subcontractors, however, Fred wasn’t just a guy with tools and a truck. His tremendous work ethic and dedication to providing top-notch quality and customer service set him apart. Fred quickly earned the high praises of homeowners, his crew, and other industry professionals. These praises, and the steadfast guidance of his father, Phil, convinced Fred he was ready to take the leap from subcontractor to contractor.
With over 17 years of experience, Fred Grennan has redefined what it means to be a contractor in the construction industry. The owner and operator of Grennan Construction has built his business by building relationships. Be it a customer, employee, or product representative, Fred takes the time to get to know everyone. He strives to find the best possible solution for all parties involved, so win-win situations are always Fred’s goal.
