Grennan Construction installed our roof nearly 25 years ago, and we never had a single issue with it. When it was finally time for a replacement, there was no question about who we would call. Once again, Grennan Construction was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From the initial planning stages through project completion, their team was professional, punctual, and attentive to every detail. This time, we had them replace our roof and siding, as well as install a gable overhang, a new garage door, and a window. The project timeline was clearly communicated, and all work was completed on schedule as promised. Throughout the process, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with every aspect of the project. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations, and the transformation of our home is truly amazing. The quality of the finished work speaks for itself. We highly recommend Grennan Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused contractor. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has earned our trust for the second time, and we could not be happier with the results.

Work completed: tuck pointing, structural repair, garage door replacement, siding replacement with replacement of rotted wood, gutter replacement with gutter guards added. I believe the best home project/contractor experience I have ever had. From the first meeting with the sales representative to removing the dumpster every step was consistently communicated to me by Dan, the project manager. Over a 3-week time frame, every workman arrived when expected. The primary work to replace the siding and needed structural repairs was completed by Chris and Andre who were on-site before 8 am every morning. Both were personable, thorough and talked me through all of their work, including when bad news from ‘handyman specials’ were encountered. For the consistency of the firm’s communication, let alone the quality of the work, I would happily hire Grennan Construction again and am very comfortable recommending the company to others.

Just completed completely new siding, roof and paint job from Grennan and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the results! From the initial consultation, working through various cost and material selection process was excellent and everything that was put into the contract was finalized without the annoying extra costs that often come with this type of work. The team was honest, up front and straight forward on everything. Then the installation...crew was top notch, reviewed every detail with us along the way and always cleaned up every day. The entire siding job was done in less than 1 week. I appreciate the sales team, project manager, project crew and even owner for coming out to ensure we had our project handled from start to finish.

Oakland County Roofing and Siding Contractor
OUR SERVICES
Grennan Construction is a trusted roofing and siding contractor in Oakland County. We serve with integrity and offer many services to meet our customers' needs.
Few home improvement projects have a bigger impact on your home than installing a new roof. Grennan Construction has certified crews and top materials from leaders like CertainTeed and Owens Corning. We have the right options and skills to finish your roofing project correctly, on time, and within your budget. You will love your new roof. It protects your home from Michigan weather. It also improves curb appeal and adds value.
Siding does more than simply provide beauty and value to your home. Your choice of siding affects how well your home protects you from weather and pests. Many options are available, including James Hardie Cement Board products, and vinyl siding by Certainteed. The experts at Grennan Construction will consult with you to determine what best matches your tastes and your home’s needs.
Let Grennan Construction help cut your energy costs while increasing both your curbside appeal and the value of your home. Some companies might try to sell you only one brand of windows. At Grennan, we understand each home is unique. We offer many quality window brands and styles to choose from. Our experts have over 12 years of experience helping homeowners find the perfect solution for their properties. A full manufacturer’s warranty backs all of our window installation projects.
Grennan Construction has found Leaf Relief by PlyGem to be the most effective gutter protection system on the market. Leaf Relief works better than other gutter protection systems. It stops natural debris like leaves, twigs, and pine needles from blocking your gutters. We have not only found it to be the most effective gutter protection but also the most invisible, as it lies flat and fits snugly on top of your gutter.
Hail has the potential to cause hairline cracks and punctures in shingles, which can lead to a devastating outcome, including delamination. If not addressed properly, these issues can cause problems with the structure and soundness of your home. Grennan Construction specializes in the repair, restoration, and/or replacement of all types of exterior products damaged by Michigan weather. We offer insurance claim assistance, emergency repairs, and restoration for Oakland County homeowners after severe weather.
For expert brickwork and tuckpointing anywhere on or around your home, depend on Grennan Construction. In recent years, we have expanded our services to include concrete repair and replacement, stucco repairs, cultured stone veneer, and many other services similarly related to property repair and restoration. We offer expert construction, inspection, and repair of any brick chimney, brick fireplace, brick wall, or other brick structure.
