Another project (gutters) was sub-contracted. Grennan even took responsibility for some mistakes that sub-contractor made.
Once we moved forward, Dan took over as project manager and everything ran like clockwork. We ended up doing a full exterior Hardie Board siding replacement + gutters + paint, and the crew was incredible — at one point eight workers on-site, all operating seamlessly. They worked from sunup to sundown, cleaned up our yard every night, and the finished product is beautiful.
We were so happy with the exterior work that we hired Grennan again for the interior drywall and paint repairs from the water damage. Another flawless job.
We’re relieved to have this project behind us, and couldn’t be happier with this company. Highly recommend!
